%X For the robust stability analysis of polynomials, the concept of dual parameter perturbation region is clearly pointed out,and its bounds are estimated. The conclusion is then applied to power system analysis, and the framework and an example are given to investigate the influence of the nonlinear load models to the system small signal stability. This paper indicates a novel systematic method to analyze the power system robust stability.
