%X A variable-sampling-rate networked control system is developed by means of the event-time-nodes-driving. On the basis of the stable control with time-invariant network-delay, we use the predicted control value and the predicted feedback value to develop the state transfer matrix of the networked control system with time-varying network-delay. The prediction error bound and the conditions on the prediction time for ensuring the stability of the networked control systems with variable sampling-rate are studied. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the analysis results.
