%X The problem of H-infinity control for a class of singular systems with time-delay is considered.By means of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs),a sufficient condition is obtained for a singular system with time-delay to be zero solution asymptotically stable and satisfied the H-infinity norm constraint.Then the existence conditions of static memory-less and memorial state feedback control laws are presented,and the explicit expressions for such controllers are derived in terms of the solutions of LMIs.Finally,an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
