%X In the applied course of simple genetic algorithm (SGA),in order to solve some problems such as premature phenomena,slow convergence and poor precision of results,raising the optimization performance of genetic algorithm,the global equilibrium design ideology of orthogonal experiment method and niche ideology of nature were studied,and some powerful evolutional operations were imported.On the basis of these,an orthogonal experiment method based niche hybrid genetic algorithm (ONHGA) is presented,and performance analysis and case research are also done.The research results show that ONHGA can effectively improve the global astringency and the evolutional speed of genetic algorithm,and the stability of algorithm is also improved.
