%X The paper focuses on the problem of robust decentralized stabilization for discrete time-delay systems with structured uncertainties. By constructing difference format approach, the existing condition of robust decentralized stabilization controller for discrete time-delay systems can be checked by the solvability of a couple of linear matrix inequalities. The concept of controlling time-delay and the time-delay robustness of derived decentralized controller are firstly proposed and a method of seeking the size of time-delay bound is presented with the solving for decentralized stabilization controller simultaneously. Consequently, our results are more valuable in application than that of the existing results.
