张登峰 %A 赵宇 %A 赵超 %A 苏宏业 %J 控制理论与应用 %D 2009 %I %X By the strong-tracking filtering theory, the on-line joint estimation of time delay and model parameters is realized for a class of single-input single-output(SISO) time-varying processes with varying time-delay. Then, combining with the FCOR(filtering and correlation) strategy, the joint estimation method is applied to assess the output variance of the controlled process. The VFCOR(varying time-delay FCOR) algorithm is developed for such kind of processes.
