叶卓映 %A 孙继涛 %A 余昭旭 %J 控制理论与应用 %D 2001 %I %X We use linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach to study the decentralized memoryless robust control problem for linear uncertain interconnected systems with time varying delays. First, by constructing proper Lyapunov universal function and using LMI and vector inequalities, we present sufficient conditions for existence of decentralized memoryless robust stabilization and give the controller. Secondly, we present a systematic method for decentralized controllers with small feedback gain.
