%X The arteannuin is an antimalarial drug that was developed independently by scientists of China. This type of compounds has become the first choice for the malaria. However, the enterprise of China is in the bottom of the industry chain carries in the enormous and international market. This paper analyzed the reasons of Chinese arteannuin enterprise lacking the market competitive advantage from the patent-protecting angle and gave some problem-solving suggestions.
