%X This paper presented a new algorithm for image reconstruction based on smoothed-to and dual-tree wavclet transform to save execution time and increase the quality of reconstruction. The dual-tree wavelet transform was used for image sparse and the Smoothed-Lo algorithm was selected for reconstructing the image. The experiment results show that DTSL0 improves the execution speed and the the quality and robustnesss of the reconstructed image.
