方华京 %J 控制理论与应用 %D 2001 %I %X Based on the factorization of control systemoutput observer, a new robust fault detection strategy has been presented by using the l1 optimization theory. The l1 optimal residual function can be obtained by solving a mixed 0-1 type integer linear programming problem.
