Due to increasing competition for research funding and publications, the risk for research integrity management has increased dramatically. All stakeholders in the research management supply chain including governments, funding bodies, research institutions, researchers and students, should be included in research integrity management. This paper provides a review of national and institutional structure and policy on research integrity management in Australia, highlighting the University of Southern Queensland and The University of Queensland as two case studies. Compliance, research misconduct management and education for prevention have been highlighted as the three key elements for institutional leadership in advancing research integrity. Challenges and issues on research integrity management are also addressed. %K research integrity management %K international research collaboration %K Australia %K University of Southern Queensland %K University of Queensland
