%X In the cellular wireless network, there are many errors in location technology, and base stations stand in non-horizontal plane is one of them. This paper mainly discusses the location error influenced by non-horizontal nature of base stations based on TOA, TDOA and AOA algorithms. Simulation results show that base stations stand in non-horizontal plane mostly influenced by TDOA arithmetic, and the influence will becomes more serious when base stations close. The paper gives out solutions to weaken error influence of base stations stand in non-horizontal plane on location error.
