%X Steganography is an important embranchment of information security domain and is attached importance by a lot of institutes and organizations in many countries.This letter put forward a new steganographic method of writing on wet paper based on human visual system characters,which selects images' wavelet coefficients according with the degree of texture complexity,brightness and sensitivity to noise in the local neighborhood to embed secrete bits in them and achieves the intention of invisible transmission....
