%X Group mobility model is one of the basic research issues for designing network protocol and evaluating algorithms performance in wireless network. This paper reviewed the characteristics and applications of the group mobility models which can't effectively simulate behavior of the wireless organization networks (WON). Based on the analysis of characteristics of WON,it proposed the central node as reference point of WON group mobility model (CWONM). By setting different parameters to compare the actual network and simulation networks, it confirmed that the new group mobility model is available.
