%X A geometrically robust blind watermarking algorithm was proposed by using the rotation invariant property of Zernike moments.This arithmetic divided the carrier image into sub-images;then computed and normalized the Zernike moments of the sub-images.The normalized Zernike moments were selected to be modified according to the watermark bits.And the difference vector will be reconstructed and added to the cover image in spatial domain to obtain the watermarked image.This arithmetic can detect the digital wate...
