%X This paper presented a hardware-software co-design method for overcoming the design complexity and programming difficulty of reconfigurable system on chip(RSOC).The overall framework of the method is based on specific hardware-software co-functions. We gave the basic processes of the method, involved key technology and implementation methods. Also,verified a key part of design method and feasibility. The method shields hardware-software implementation details of specific function modules for target application designers, improves operational efficiency and flexibility of the application based on RSOC.
