%X In a large-scaled distributed environment,especially when some parts of networks are occasionally connected,theoretical problems as well as practical ones arise.Starting from a case-study about the nation-wide population information system,defines a typical hierarchical distributed data model,and presents a detailed specification of such a distributed model.
