%X We proposed a new Clustering Routing algorithm.It introduced the conception of "Exception Degree" to define when to start cluster reconfiguration and how to retain nodes as many as possible in the original cluster to improve stability.Analysis and simulation show that the algorithm is effective with low replacement frequency of cluster head and high stability of cluster structure.
