%X In this paper, we first discuss the importance and principles of Web Server testing, and then describe the existing Web Server test system, including WebStone, SPECWeb99, S-Client and SURGE. Their strengths and weak- nesses are analyzed in detail. In conclusion, the development of Web Server performance test system and the further research aspects are pointed out.
