%X The theory of rough sets and intuitionistic fuzzy special sets are hot-poim of computation theory. In this paper,some properties of imuitionistic fuzzy special sets and its operator are discussed,and the algorithm of its hamming distance is presented. The homomorphism relation between a rough algebraic structure on rough approximation space and intuitionistic fuzzy special sets is researched in details.
