%X Aiming at the mode of traditional information communication being a static workflow manner, the paper presents a kind of information communication platform that can be worked in dynamic and instantaneous coordination. Based on office automation system, making an organic combination among the techniques of Java, XML, Workflow and Middleware of message transfer, the information communication on line is realized among users in the office platform of synergetic work. The application effect of practical engineering shows that the design is successful.
