%X This paper combining the popular network management technology proposes a new and applied remote net- work management plan by mobile terminal.This system adopts the structure of distributive network management sys- tem on Web and succeeds the virtue of Web service and also mixes together the popular WAP technology.This system realizes remote network management by mobile terminal,and it is an important extension to network management plan. This paper discuses mainly the framework,detailed design of part function and specific realization of key technology
