%X Software project track and monitoring(SPTO) is an important component of the software process management,the key of it is how to carry on the effective track and analysis to the project.The Earned Value Analysis is an effective method in engineering domain,importing it to SPTO and combining a concrete project,described the implementation situation of SPTO surrounding EVA in detail.
