%X To express the usually word orders in the SVO languages,HNC theory carries on the adjustment by a large margin to old sentence format code form(98 editions).Defining the range of the basic format again,expanding the bas- ic format code,and making all expressions of SVO word order to enable be expressed with the basic form are the focal point of the adjustment.In order to make it convenient for the computer and human experts to deal with,every figure in the new format code make careful agreement.Users can directly receive concrete format information from the code and needn't look for the code from the sentence format code form.Comparing with the 98 editions of sentence format code form,the text explains the way of designing of the new sentence format code and its new following change in detail.
