%X In the virtual organization-based e-commerce revolution, it needs to find out the available suppliers from many ones, integrates them to collaborate operations, and serves customers with a process of services. We will com- bine Semantic Web Service with Constraint Satisfactory to solve activities management of virtual organizations. Accord- ing to the idea, we construct a tourism planning system. This system adapts to dynamic environments like Internet, it can find available resource information depending on user's requirements, then models the problem as a CSP to resolve it. Especially we take constraint object in order to model the problem higher, so that we could realize the e-traveling in deed.
