%X In this paper, the orughness measures of rough sets is studied. Firstly, the roughness mesures of Pawlak rough sets is analysized in detail,and a inclusion-exclusion principle on rough sets is obtained. We also extend these results to fuzzy rough sets,which is some significance for deeply study of fuzzy rough sets theory.
