%X It is a key point that how to guarantee QoS of the business Multi-service on the IP-based network. Aiming at this question, the relationship between multi-service IP-based network dimensioning and QoS is discussed. After analyzing all kinds of mechanisms of QoS and modeling information transmitted on IP network, the article proposes a universal link model, gives three schemes and discusses their possibility.
