%X In this paper,we propose a protocol of secure two-party multiplication using the techniques of signcryption and oblivious transfer and deduce a protocol of secure multi-party mu1tiplication. In the protocol,the adversary can't tamper the message signcrypted by the parties. And the neck-problem,which results from the trusted party partici- pating in the protocol,is avoided. Security is improved.
