%X How to achieve dynamic contrl of QoS(Quality of Service)is an important issue in researches on Distributed Multimedia System. This paper, analyzing the principle of QoS dynamic control, presents a dynamic control model of QoS, and discusses following aspects of that model in detail how to represent the parameters and value of QoS, principle of dynamic adjustment, and the implementation of algorithm.
