%X In this paper, the recent progress on chaotic cryptography is summarized firstly. Then a novel pseudo-random bit generator based on coupled Logistic maps is proposed. Theoretical analysis and numerical experiments illustrate that it is superior to those in the literature. Finally, some examples are given to demonstrate the applications in the stream-cipher algorithms.
