%X The B2B (Business-to-Business)e-commerce framework solves the key problem-interoperability between enterprise during e-commerce transactions.Firstly,this paper presents several key factors of B2B e-commerce framework by analyzing the role of frameworks.Moreover,this paper analyzeds and compares several international popular B2B frameworks from from the point of view of these factors.Finally,this paper proposes the design principles,objectives and e-commerce transaction language of cnXML (Chiese e-Commerce XML)frameworks.
