%X To counter the existing problems in the application of E-commerce, this paper raises the mold of E-commerce under the pattern of grid by combining the rapidly developing network technology nowadays,which explains in detail to its systematic structure and hierarchical structure. By comparison with the traditional E-commerce and the in troduction of its functions and characteristics specifically,the paper looks forward to the developing trend of E-commerce.
