%X The emergence and maturity of Grid technology will bring about a new revolution for the development of Decision Support Systems (DSS). Firstly, this paper analyzes the disadvantages that exist in current DSS, and introduces the basic conception of Grid. Then the influences of Grid technology to DSS are discussed. Finally i a grid based open DSS model and its implement are put forward.
