%X This paper promotes ways to improve the performance of website.The management website of 3G Movie platform doesn't work very well either when analyzed by tools like Yslow or when being used by operator after it has been deployed.It seems to work slowly because there are too many files to load.For the shortage,this paper puts forwards four ways to improve the process and performance of the website,such as,making fewer HTTP requests,compressing components,caching files in browser and so on.
