%X This paper designs and implements a network base station used in the remote electronic voting system. The base station is based on embedded ARM, and expands Ethernet and CAN Bus peripherals in hardware; in software, it ports the embedded operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ and the TCP/IP protocol stack LwIP, programs Ethernet and CAN Bus driver and application code. The network base station successfully completes its pivotal role in communication.
