康戈文 %A 任文伟 %A 甘春泉 %J 中国图象图形学报 %D 2007 %I %X It is important for 3D Reconstruction of SEM of metal fatigued fracture to study on material fracture which makes quantitatively analysis of the fracture more accurately.As the faultage of metal has excellent fractal characteristic,a new method of calculating SFS(shape from shading) based on neural network model has been proposed and applied to reconstruct the 3D morphology for single SEM of metal fatigued fracture.The experimental results show that the algorithm is effective for the 3D reconstruction of the coarse surface with unknown light direction. %K SEM
