%X According to the realities of mine industrial TV monitoring system We provide a method for enhancing images of coal mine industrial TV by means of histogram modification.Thus images can be viewed by men or be recognized by computers.The paper introduces mainly the hardware and establishment of histogram modification and its scheme,and realizes the enhance ment of motionless video images in coal mine by programs with C language.
