%X The dynamic behavior of intracellular triterpene acids(ITA) and extracellular triterpene acids(ETA) of Ganoderma lucidum by batch fermentation in a 30L stirred tank bioreactor was observed.Unstructured kinetics of cell growth,glucose comsumption,ITA and ETA were investigated based on Sigmoid model.The parameters of the model were determined by Boltzmann simulation,and the values predicted by the models matched well with those obtained from the observed.The maximum rate for specific cell growth was found to ...
