%X The freshwater fungi are being accepted as a potentially new source of secondary metabolites with megadiverse structures and promissory biological activities, although many of them remain little or under-explored as yet. The present review documented the chemical structures and bioactivities of 127 freshwater fungal metabolites thus far identified.
