The results show that the Al-Si clusters in liquid hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy, the Si-Si clusters in liquid eutectic and hypereutectic Al-Si alloys exist at low temperatures, however, the size of clusters decreases gradurally with increasing temperature. This process in which inhomogeneous liquid turns into homogeneous one happens in a range of temperatures. %K Al-Si alloy %K liquid alloy %K cluster
