%X Monokaryon mating tests between different strains of Lentinula edodes were carried out,and two pair dikaryotic strains were obtained by utilizing the mechanism of 'bidirectional haploid nuclei migration'.The strains were purified by isolation of single hyphal tips of dikaryotic strains and making use of 'Buller phenomenon'.Two pairs of monokaryotic and dikaryotic strains were analyzed by observations of colony shapes,microscopic examination,fruiting tests,and molecular markers.The results showed that the st...
