The result showed that pretreatments of oven dry at 80℃, homogenate of mycelia in deionized water, basified homogenate of mycelia (NaOH, 0.5mol/L) and homogenate of mycelia in C_2H_6SO (30%) solution could enhance Cd~(2+) biosorption efficiency, in which pretreatment of basified homogenate was most effective, increasing the Cd~(2+) biosorption by 117.96%; acidified homogenate of mycelia in H_2SO_4 (0.5mol/L) led to significant decrease in Cd2+ bioadsorption capacity. Biosorption of basified homogenate of mycelia followed Langmuir isotherm equation, suggesting that the Cd2+ biosorption is surface sorption. After four sorption-desorption cycles, the basified homogenate of mycelia still had a Cd~(2+) biosorption efficiency of 58.01%. Inflated spectrometry analysis indicated that basified homogenate pretreatment might affect radicals of -OH and C=O on the mycelial surfaces, and the principal radicals linking Cd~(2+) was-OH. The results also indicated that basified homogenate of the mycelia might have a potential for the treatment of electroplating wastewater. %K fungi %K pre-treatment %K biosorption %K desorption %K mechanisms of biosorption %K electroplating wastewater
