左登平 %A 李春如 %A 黄勃 %A 何亚琼 %A 樊美珍 %A 李增智 %J 菌物学报 %D 2008 %I %X The genes of the 5.8S rRNA and the complete internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions from Cordyceps formosana and Hirsutella huangshanensis were sequenced and compared. The results showed that Cordyceps formosana and Hirsutella huangshanensis had the same ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 nucleotide sequences, strongly supporting the fact that Cordyceps formosana was the teleomorph of Hirsutella huangshanensis. Molecular phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that the conidial state of C. formosana belonged to the genus Hirsutella. %K Hirsutela huangshanensis %K rDNA-ITS %K entomopathogenic fungi
