%X Ultrastructure of hyphae and fruit body of Coriolus versicolor was stu- died with electron microscope.The results show that the fruit body is composed of three types of hyphae (generative hypha,skeletal hypha and binding hypha).The walls of hyphae are composed of two layers,while the walls of basidium and basidiospore are composed of three layers.The apical cells contain large numbers of vesicles (apical vesicular complex AVC) and an apical body.There are dolipore septa in the hyphae.Dissolution of primary wall appears at the neck of sterigma.
