韩明铭 %A 金一 %A 方南洙 %A 朴海仙 %A 曹丽朋 %J 吉林农业大学学报 %D 2010 %I %X In order to improve boar sperm quality parameters in frozen-thawed process,0.1 mol/L lactose,sucrose and trehalose were respectively added into the basic extenders Tris-Citric acid-Glucose(TCG).The effects of disaccharide on quality of cryopreservation of boar sperm were investigated.We found out that TCG extender with 0.1 mol/L trehalose and sucrose significantly enhanced motility,acrosome integrity rate,hypotonic expansion rate, VAP, LIN, ALH and BCF of boar sperm after freezing and thawing(P<0.05),they were 42.14% and 40.56%,51.48% and 49.84%,46.20% and 43.01%,32.8 μm/s and 33.2 μm/s,60.80% and 59.00%,1.70 μm and 1.62 μm,7.68 Hz and 7.62 Hz.The IVF rate of frozen-thawed sperm in 0.1 mol/L trehalose and sucrose is significantly higher than that of others(P<0.05).
