%X 通过DE-52纤维素柱和Sephedex G-100葡聚糖凝胶柱,对细脚拟青霉Paecilomyces tenuipes菌丝体粗多糖进行纯化,得到PtPs1和PtPs2,应用离子色谱HPAEC-PAD对纯多糖PiPs1和PtPs2的单糖组成进行分析,证实均由葡萄糖、半乳糖和甘露糖三种单糖组成,经红外扫描确定PtPs1和PtPs2均为Or.型吡喃糖.
