%X To obtain the optimum extraction conditions of Semen Strychni,using L9(34) orthogonal experiment,with content of brucine and strychnine as research index,the extraction technology of alkaloid was studied by ethanol extract method.The results showed the best extraction technology of Semen Strychni was adding 12 times the amount of 80% pH=5 of ethanol solution, extracting three times and each time for 1 h.This technology is of reasonableness,stability and repeatability and provides experimental reference for ...
