%X The genetic diversity of Nomuraea atypicola,a causal pathogen of spider epizootic in Langyashan Nature Reserve and Guniujiang Nature Reserve,was investigated using the technique of inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR).DNA bands (117) were amplified with 9 selected ISSR primers,111 of which showed polymorphism.A hirerarchical dendrogram constructed with the UPGMA method revealed a high differentiation among 22 tested isolates,with a Jaccard similarity coefficient at 0.48-0.88,an average at 0.71.The 22 isolate...
