For optimizing its solid fermentation conditions, the single-factor searching, orthogonal test and central combination design were carried out. The experiment results showed that the enzyme activities of acid pro-teinase was about 11000U, pectinase about 9000U, cellulase Cx about 10080U, cellulase CL about 4000U, glucoamylase about 7000U under the optimum condition. The study also illustrated that the statistical method could decrease experimental times as comoared with conventional method and became simplified. %K Aspergilus niger HD-1 %K Compound hydrolases %K Solid fermentation %K Technique optimization
