Molecular phylogenetic tree constructed by genetic distances analyzes andUPGMA suggested that 10 isolates of Arthrobotrys oligospora could not be divided into different clusters inconsistence with their origins and genetic divergence. The results did hot support the point of view thatArthrobotrys oligospora was classified as three varieties and appendage is an unimportant character on thetaxonomy of Arthrobotrys oligopora. %K : Arthrobotrys oligospora %K RAPD %K Variant Analyzing
